1. Personal data

Personal data is information that can be used to find out your identity. This includes your name, address, postal address and telephone number.

Information that is not associated with your identity (such as the number of users of a website) is not included. In principle, you can use our online offer without disclosing your identity.

There are logs for the statistical analysis of website access. These contain the URLs and IP addresses called up. Data that could possibly allow identification (IP address) are not stored permanently. We cannot draw any conclusions about the user himself, but only record statistically how often which page was called and where these calls came from, e.g. via Google search.

When you request information, order e-books or make other inquiries, we will ask for your name and other personal information. It is up to you to decide whether or not to enter this data. We save your information on specially protected servers in Zurich, Switzerland. Access to it is only possible for a few authorized persons. They are responsible for the technical, commercial or editorial support of the content and servers.

If the usage or traffic data is required for our services, it will be stored for a maximum of six months after the data has been collected. If the data is required to meet existing legal, statutory or contractual retention periods (e.g. invoices), this data will also be stored beyond this. However, this data is locked and only accessible to a few authorized persons using passwords.

Right to object to the collection of data in special cases and to direct mail (Art. 21 GDPR)

If the data processing takes place on the basis of Art. 6 Paragraph 1 lit. e or f GDPR, you have the right at any time to object to the processing of your personal data for reasons that arise from your particular situation; this also applies to profiling based on these provisions. The respective legal basis on which processing is based can be found in this data protection declaration. If you object, we will no longer process your personal data concerned, unless we can prove compelling reasons worthy of protection for the processing that outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms or the processing serves to assert, exercise or defend legal claims ( Objection according to Art. 21 Paragraph 1 GDPR).

If your personal data are processed in order to operate direct mail, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you for the purpose of such advertising; this also applies to profiling insofar as it is associated with such direct mail. If you object, your personal data will then no longer be used for direct marketing purposes (objection according to Art. 21 Paragraph 2 GDPR).

Right to restriction of processing

You have the right to request that the processing of your personal data be restricted. You can contact us at any time at the address given in the legal notice.

The right to restriction of processing exists in the following cases:

• If you dispute the accuracy of your personal data stored by us, we usually need time to check this. For the duration of the test, you have the right to request that the processing of your personal data be restricted.

• If the processing of your personal data happened / happens unlawfully, you can request the restriction of the data processing instead of the deletion.

• If we no longer need your personal data, but you need them to exercise, defend or assert legal claims, you have the right to request that the processing of your personal data be restricted instead of being deleted.

• If you have lodged an objection in accordance with Art. 21 Paragraph 1 GDPR, your interests and ours must be weighed up. As long as it is not yet clear whose interests prevail, you have the right to request that the processing of your personal data be restricted.

If you have restricted the processing of your personal data, these data - apart from their storage - may only be used with your consent or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims or for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person or for reasons of important public interest processed by the European Union or a member state.

2. Transfer of personal data to third parties
We only use your personal information for the purpose of our use. We do not pass the data on to third parties without your express consent. Insofar as we are obliged to do so by law or by court order, we will transmit your data to bodies entitled to receive information.

3. Use of cookies
Internet cookies are small data packages that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. We use cookies on our website. Such cookies are necessary so that you can move freely around the website and use its features; this also includes access to secure areas of the website. For technical reasons, cookies are also necessary for the shopping cart to function when ordering from a shop.

Our online offer may contain links to other websites. We have no influence on the content of external links and assume no liability for them. The operators of the linked pages are solely responsible for their content. We also have no influence on whether their operators comply with data protection regulations.

This website uses the content management system from WIX.com, San Francisco, CA, 94158.

If you send us your personal data via a web form or when placing an order, this data will be stored on the servers of WIX.com.

We refer you to our data protection regulations before submitting your data. By submitting the data, you agree that we may collect, process and use your personal data within the framework of the legal regulations.

The purpose of use results from the context in which your data is transmitted. Your data will be used for the purpose for which it was originally collected.

Example: If you order a product on our website, your data will be used to create and send the invoice and for any queries you may have.

Legal basis

With the software we can subdivide interested parties and customers into different categories (so-called tagging). In this case, the address entries can e.g. B. by gender, personal preferences (e.g. vegetarian or wine drinker) or customer relationship (e.g. customer or potential customer).

Storage period
